Do you walk into your business office and reception area day after day, only to see the same dated framed photos, posters or prints? Imagine how your clients, patients or prospects feel? Has the artwork in your condominium common areas been hanging on the walls so long you don’t even notice them anymore? Do they still convey the image you were seeking or has their freshness lost its luster?

I have been privileged for years to exhibit my award-winning photography at major juried art festivals throughout the Midwest. Now at a fraction of the cost of buying and framing a new print or photograph, hanging it on a wall and enjoying it, only having to replace it later with a new piece of artwork when you want a new image, I am offering my exclusive photography on a rental basis. By pre-agreement, I will hang my custom-framed photography that meets your needs for image, quantity and size in your desired space and offer to replace it every two years. You will never need to incur any substantial upfront cost to buy the art but will merely rent it, with the comfort of knowing it will be changed and refreshed every two years, if you so desire. If you would like to purchase the framed/mounted photos after the rental period expires, 40% of the rental cost will be applied towards the purchase price.

I also welcome the opportunity to work with corporate and residential interior decorators to provide your clients with selective photography that meets your requirements for color, size, imagery and cost. All photos are available in a variety of dimensions and framing styles.
